Licensing Options

ProfitKeeper has two licensing options for franchisee services. Both options include ProfitPortal for franchisor access to aggregated franchisee data, customized reports, and comparative analysis.

ProfitKeeper Essentials includes a customized accounting and reporting solution that franchisors can offer to their franchisees at no additional cost. It also eliminates the need for an accountant or other accounting software.

ProfitKeeper Complete provides all of the functions of ProfitKeeper Essentials, but also includes many additional features to enhance financial management and performance. Banking integration, POS integration, and comparative reports that measure franchise performance against organization averages are all unique advantages available only with ProfitKeeper Complete. Franchisees can enroll in or upgrade to ProfitKeeper Complete for a low monthly subscription fee.
